Psalm 31:7, “I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul.”

Prayer is a powerful tool against the enemy. It’s able to break chains of bondages. During this forty day fast, we believe that greatness and miraculous will follow. We need to be people who feel anguish because a true prayer life begins at the place of anguish, extreme pain and distress. We are powerful prayer warriors. God has called us to fight for our family, pastors, church, and ministries. We need to have a life style of listening to the Holy Spirit. We need to have great faith. The bible said that through prayer and fasting we could do great things. “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective” (James 5: 15-17). There is a hurting world and we have the power to pray and fast for it so let’s set our hearts to pray. God’s going to come and start sharing his heart with us. Let’s go forward and believe that miracles will follow.
