Making a Difference in the Lives of People

Victory Education and Training Institute (V.E.T.I.) is the educational ministry of Victory Outreach International.  Founding Pastor Sonny Arguinzoni Sr. and his wife Julie started in 1967 with a vision to reach out to hurting people in their community.  Their goal was to prepare these men and women, “Treasures Out of Darkness” for the work of the ministry through discipleship, leadership development, and academic training.

V.E.T.I. began in 1983 as Victory Outreach School of Ministry.  On December 14, 2001, the school officially became an Institute with the state of California.

Today, V.E.T.I. reflects the needs of a multi-cultural population providing relevant education in biblical, theological, and ministerial disciplines all over the world. Instruction is offered in over 80 extensions in English, Spanish and Dutch along with online classes.

Our faculty comes from a diversity of backgrounds although they all have one thing in common: each has practical, hands-on experience. This means students not only engage in in-depth discussions, but also learn from experts in the field, in the areas of leadership, education and ministry.

We liken V.E.T.I. like diamond factories; polishing our “Treasures Out of Darkness”. Many of our students are diamonds in the rough, being refined, enhanced, polished & trained to go back into the world to positively influence society and reach out to other lost “Treasures”.

For those who want to continue their education and seek higher learning, V.E.T.I. has articulation agreements with several bible colleges & seminaries who are ready to accept our students.  V.E.T.I. is also certified by the United States, Student Exchange Visitor Program to receive foreign exchange students.
